Heating and Cooling in Mt Prospect, IL

We're a family-owned contractor.html">general contractor with over 20 years working on homes across Mt Prospect, IL. Heating and cooling isn't a side job for us — it's part of how we take care of the whole house. When we do a kitchen remodel or a home addition, the HVAC work gets the same attention as the tile or the framing. Nothing gets patched together and left for someone else to sort out later.

We also work with one crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. The technician who sizes your system is part of the same team that installs it and answers your call if something comes up. That continuity matters when you're counting on your home to be warm in January and cool in August.

Mt Prospect, IL sits squarely in a climate that tests your HVAC system hard in both directions. Winters routinely drop below zero, and summers push into the high 90s with humidity that makes it feel worse. That temperature swing puts real stress on equipment that's undersized or poorly installed. We've worked on enough homes here to know which systems hold up and which ones don't — and we spec accordingly.

Air Conditioning Installation and Service

A hot, humid Mt Prospect, IL summer is not the time to find out your air conditioning unit is struggling. We install central air conditioning systems sized to match your home's actual cooling load, not just the square footage on paper. Older homes especially need a careful look — undersized equipment runs constantly and never gets the humidity down, while oversized equipment short-cycles and leaves rooms feeling clammy.

If your current air conditioning system is more than 15 years old, it's worth having us take a look before the next heat stretch hits. We can tell you whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement will save you money over the next few years.

Heating and Cooling System Replacements

When an aging furnace or air handler finally gives out, most homeowners want it replaced fast. We keep the process straightforward. We assess what you have, match the new equipment to your existing ductwork or flag if the ductwork needs updates, and schedule the install without dragging it out over multiple visits. Most replacements wrap up in a single day.

We handle both the heating and cooling sides of a full system swap, so you're not coordinating two separate contractors. Everything gets done by the same crew, under the same roof warranty.
